Welcome to the website of the Cherry Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. a not-for-profit corporation. Cherry Lake is a residential community of 275 homes located near the intersection of East 30th Street and German Church Road in the northeast corner of Warren Township in Marion County, Indiana.

Association dues

Association dues statements have been mailed out. Please be sure to pay your association dues ASAP - the money is used for snow plowing, the security patrol, phone service, and neighborhood events like the annual National Night Out.
